Wood-fired Pizza, Cold Cut, cheese and a glass of chilled red wine sound like a perfect combo for an evening out to unwind with your loved ones, doesn’t it? If that’s your idea of an elegant date, then we might just have the place for you! Terrazza, a name you might already be familiar with from our previous articles but you would be surprised to find out Terrazza still got a lot more to offer.
Feel free to create your very own platter by choosing from this large variety of high-quality Cold Cut and cheese available at the Deli and if you’re having doubts, don’t hesitate to ask the chef for some exciting recommendations that you might just end up loving it. Of course, a Cold Cut & cheese platter wouldn’t be complete without sips of chilled wine in between your savoring the delectable bites so don’t miss on that!
We simply can’t talk about Terrazza without the mention of their signature authentic Italian woodfired pizza and we might have gotten “slightly” carried away ordering not 1, not 2 but 4 PIZZAS!
Pizza Al Tartufo was our first pick because who wouldn’t be tempted by Truffle cream? Also topped with Mozzarella and extra slices of Parma Ham, this is a rare pizza that you might not be able to so easily find it elsewhere. Note: the flavor might be a little intense and salty for those not used to the taste of ruffle and Parma ham. Next up was Marinara which tasted just as beautiful as its name. We would recommend this to any seafood lovers out there as the topping of scallop, shrimp and squid on top of fresh tomato sauce couldn’t get any more heavenly than this. Formaggi was also another highlight of the evening for us and you might be able to guess where the pizza got its name from. Formaggi uses nothing but a combination of various imported Italian cheese (up to 5-6 kinds) for topping and this makes every slice of Formaggi a journey. You never know what kind of cheese you are biting into but it’s always a pleasant surprise and we totally would try this again! Last but definitely not least, anyone saying meatless pizza can’t be fun and delicious obviously hasn’t tried Vegeteriana. Who would have guessed tomato sauce, grilled eggplant, pell pepper, cucumber and mushroom as pizza topping would make you reconsider your meat consumption? Because Vegeteriana got our FoodBuzz team raving after the first bite but it’s Terrazza after all, are we really surprised?
Up and running for more than five years, Terrazza still stands atop among the classiest and most famous Italian restaurants. Knowing for its authentic Italian cuisine and high-quality products, Terrazza is the best place for having a nice Italian meal with your loved one, family, colleagues and friends. Occasionally, top executives and chefs at Terrazza have always come up with new concepts, promotional sets, and additional menu to satisfy their diners. As expected, Terrazza has just launched their full-course lunch providing everyone a fancy Italian dining experience at an affordable price.
Starting off with Terrazza’s salad bar as a starter, where you will get to have a free flow of healthy light salad including green vegetables and finest ingredients (eggs, olives, capers, top-quality mushrooms) giving them more exceptional taste than salad starters at other places. A source of more protein, carbohydrate and less fat! With the order of this set, you can pick a main course either from ONE of the 3 spaghetti flavors or ONE of the 3 pizza types. Three spaghetti choices – Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Spaghetti al Pomodoro and Spaghetti Aglio e Peperoncino – so choose one and enjoy to your heart’s content or perhaps you would like to indulge in pizza which is also come with three choices like Margherita Pizza, Napoli Pizza or Vegetariana Pizza. Since both the spaghetti and the pizza taste exquisitely well, we recommend Foodbuzz-ers to come in as partners or group so you can enjoy them both.

Have you heard of a 1m long pizza? The pizza is from Terrazza Phnom Penh. Every components are homemade such as pasta and pizza dough. Start your meal with Antipasto Terrazza, as an appetizer, and Italian soup. Moving on to Pizza, you may find more than 10 toppings to top your pizza. Terrazza also serves other Italian dishes including pasta and risotto dishes.
If there’s anything to know about this well-loved and long-running Italian restaurant, I think we have pretty much got everything covered in our last article (which you can read here: Terraza) BUT today, we’ll do something different. We are going to introduce the brand new updated menu that comes with an addition of 20 new dishes which we have had the privilege to try out some of those out. Wanna know what we have tried? Read on!
We trust the head chef and asked him to recommend us the finest of the finest dishes and below are the five that we tried:
Carpaccio di branzino con agrumi e finocchio, just as its name is a Carpaccio dish with finely sliced branzino fish paired with orange salad. The sweetness of the orange goes perfectly with the fish and really brings out the freshness of the fresh. It’s gonna leave you considering a second plate!
Farro o Quinoa (secondo disponibilità) con frutti di mare goes by the label of a salad dish. However, the use of Quinoa adds a very unusual texture to the plate and coupled with the fresh squid, shrimp and clams, this one tastes like no salad dish you have ever tasted but it surely won’t let you down.
Perhaps some soup? Crema de piselli is a creamy soup made from pea which explains the green colour. The creamy texture with the pea might leave you a slightly bitter aftertaste in your mouth, but one spoon at a time, you’ll be addicted.
Costoletta di vitello alla Milanese con rucola e pachini is a deep-fried, breaded veal cutlet, Milanese style. Crispy on the outside and extremely tender and juicy on the inside, this dish is definitely not one to miss.
Last but not least is Baccalà alla Ligure con olive e patate. Put some of that mashed potato, olive and Baccalà fish spread on a piece of sliced focaccia (the traditional Italian bread) and take a bite, voila! Don’t you just wish you could have this everyday?
It’s never complete without some desserts! First up is Tortino al Cioccolato Fondente. Freshly baked chocolate fondant paired with a scoop of flavorful vanilla ice cream, the gooey texture is going to leave you licking the plate clean! Because any drop of chocolate wasted is abomination! It’s never complete without some desserts! First up is Tortino al Cioccolato Fondente. Your usual Panna Cotta, but with passion fruit and mango. One bite and there’s no going back. Every bite is heavenly and this tastes best with a cup of hot Cappuccino, we totally recommend!
But wait! These are only 5 of the over 20 new dishes, so make sure to drop by and try the new dishes! Not only the food, but also drinks to taste.

Terrazza has been up and running for about 5 years now, and their menu is always up to date; in fact, they have a new menu coming out this August. With a professional Italian head chef and number 1 ingredients originally from Italy, you can expect no less than a fabulous dining experience with your friends and family.
Their Pizza Al Metro, a one-meter long pizza, has been taking the world by storm. With just $25.00+, you can get a Pizza Al Metro with about 30 slices for 5-8 people servings, and you can add up to 5 flavors on just one pizza. Their pizza are baked in a carefully designed Valorian Oven from Italy, the “Rolls Royce” of pizza oven that ensures perfect crispiness of the pizza.
Besides pizza, you can find various delicious Italian dishes at Terrazza. Burrata Queen is one of the wonderful dishes that they offer, and it is made of Burrata cheese with avocado and tomatoes; a marvelous choice of dietary.
One of their signature, Pasta is Tortellini Parma E Panna, an instant addiction that you will regret not trying. On a side note, they are also the first restaurant in Cambodia that offers dishes cooked in a Parmigiano Cheese wheel. You can also order Anti-Pasto, variety slices of 24-months-old ham, served with honey and Italian Cheese with salads as a side dish. This particular dish is a bit salty if you are stranger to ham or Cold Cut, but it will surely provide you a unique foodie experience.
Along with that, you may also order their Homemade Focaccia Bread that only available once per day (fresh baked at 12PM every day). If you are a vegetarian, their salad bar is to die for; tasty and healthy! You may also enjoy a diversity of beverages and cocktails in their menu as well.
Terrazza also has a deli for you to shop for fresh and authentic products that they’ve either produced themselves or imported directly from Italy. They also have a wine cellar as well, and all are also imported from Italy.
You are also invited to join their Cicchetti Tapas & Free Flow Wine every Thursday night from 6-8PM, you can enjoy everything that they offer there for just $20.00++/person. Highly recommended if you want a chilling evening at a very best value.
